It's Sunday again, tomorrow's back to work, 2 days pass in flash lah, why Mondays & Tuesdays don't pass as fast ? Hrmpphh.

We hang out with friends on Fri/Saturday so much that we still haven't watch Transformers.

Went to http://www.henghengseafood.com.sg/ on Saturday. We were all rather skeptical with the place because it's really old and there isn't much customers there. But surprisingly, the food there was quite nice. Ordered fish head steamboat and the soup is very sweet.

It's a very warm and cosy dinner in a room to ourselves. LOL~ Baby Jovin and KorKor Ryan was there. Kids are absolutely adorable when you don't have to take care of them. Ken told us a piece of good news, Cindy's pregnant again. I'm hoping it's a boy though, I love baby boys.

Apparently Ryan called the rest auntie. HAHA~ I didn't hear him calling them, but I told him he cannot call us auntie, next time must call Jiejie.

We all want to take the kids home. So cute! Jia told Ryan that she's a mummy and Jai is his son. And he went "YOU IS SON!!!!" Haha, how adorable can he get. Everyone burst out laughing loh.

It's just a very simple dinner but truely enjoyable.



After dinner bf and I headed to Serangoon to eat durians. It's a suddenly craving and we called Kenny & Cheryl to join us.

I concluded that all durian sellers cheat money one loh. 7 Seeds for $36. Cheryl niamed at the durian seller and he gave us 1 free durian + mineral water. Extra 3 seeds only. And their durians isn't very nice loh.

Think next time buy at Carrefour is the best liao. Those go by weight one all cheat money one!

I think my backup camera batt just passed away.

Bf told me it's been thrown into the washing machine (apparently in his berms) and sun dry already =(

I don't know why they don't check the pockets before washing stuff. So annoying.

I'm not travelling this year so an extra batt is probably not needed right now, bf ask me to try putting it in my camera lately... hmm but don't know will spoil my pinky anot...

Bf said if pinky died on me he'll buy a new camera for me, haha, silly boy.

Everyone hangs a Canon EOS or a Nikon over their necks, dSLRs like a fashion statement now. I don't see people using compact cameras anymore loh!

I find it amusing when people don't know how to play with the functions, and treat it like a no-brainer point & shoot. Like that buy a compact camera lahhh... lighter lehhh, travel-friendly you know.

Off to prepare to meet bf for some shopping.

I don't know what job I want, but at least I know what I don't want. I've told some people that working late is not something I want in the long run, and if I don't like the Dubai shift I might just quit my job, stay home shake leg for a while.

They replied me in shock, saying you're going to quit just because of that?

I don't see a point staying if I don't like the shift. A good friend earns 1k more than me and she doesn't work late.

Working until 9plus, 10plus is really not something I want. Besides, I'm guessing the shift would end at about 11plus to 12, or even pass 12.

I am so going to quit once I save enough for my Europe trip!

Anyway this is my current love, sparkling water.... wahahhaha... bf thought I'm crazy!

Can't wait for work to end tomorrow, I'm learning new stuff now, corporate events, cheeemmm lahhhhh.... what spinoff, what takeover, buyback, rights issue, bonus issue.... left all these in school. I did 6 years of banking & finance in school, by right I should know all these things well, but erm.. hmmm... age is catching up. LOL~

Tomorrow's dinner at Kit's place. He's cooking pasta, foie gras, chicken wings for us. He even ordered a cake, so bf & my task is to bring an empty stomach and some beer over.

Doctor told me I should watch more light-hearted shows, because I'm too skinny =.=" told him I've put on 2kg, but he told me I look like I've shrunk. According to him, adrenaline pumping movies will cause me to lose more weight coz gan jiong mah so will lose weight!!??! Duno what logic.

Dq's doc is even more funny. He has a big tummy, he doesn't eat much nor drink much beer, so he consulted his doc. His doc said oh they're just wind in the stomach??!!! HAHAHAHAHA...... Unbelivable isn't it?

Toby's excursion day

On our way to meet Toby at Cafe Del Mar. Trying to stay out of the sun, but I really wanted to meet Toby. Planned to bring Toby out a week ago so how can I not go.





Toby already went swimming while waiting for us.


Cooing over the handsome boy. It was a really hot day and I felt so uncomfortable in tee & shorts. I was wearing a bikini top inside but left the bottom in the car =.=



Him digging for treasure! Haha. He'll dig and dig then lay in his hole one, so cute.


Dig until his whole face got sand. He enjoys it loh.


Erm?! No idea what's the bf trying to do in public. Doing it the doggy style ?


Torturing Toby.


He ate a lemon and spit it out, think he didn't like lemons that much.


Playing frisbee. He's actually quite poor thing, the boys treated him like a monkey.


Pee-ed and poo-ed after swimming. A foreigner wanted to take a pic with him, Cheryl handed her the leash and he started pooping. HAHAH~ But we're very nice people here, we cover the pee area, and pick up the poop. Told Cheryl that she should start charging people who wants to touch or take pics with Toby, we could have earned $100 or so you know!

A little girl was digging a hole and Toby kept disturbing her. The maid grabbed the little girl and threw us dirty looks. Kenny very embarrassed I think. He carried Toby back into the water after that.


They boys swam to the tiny island and played frisbee there, while me and Cheryl stayed like nannies loh. Take pic for them and carry bags. Didn't feel safe about leaving our bags at Cafe Del Mar's bed. I had to speak to 3 different waiters to get our change back! It's a $6 change and they took 2 hrs to gave it back to Cheryl! They weren't even busy, they're just standing there chatting.

Was starving when the finish showering and we all head over to Hill Top Japanese Restaurant. Read from forum that the girls loved the food there, blah blah. Went there and I felt like I've wasted 50 bucks.








Our Teriyaki chicken, Hill Top steak, Mushrooms. Teriyaki chicken is ok, alitle too salty. Beef is tender but tasteless, tasteless as in there's no beefy taste at all. Mushrooms is just mushrooms, tiny portion only.

Tried Dq's Sukiyaki, not fantastic either. But Cheryl's garlic chicken and fried garlic rice is nice though.

I only ate a few mouthful of my complimentary dessert, not nice leh. Didn't really like the service there, they removed my apron once I've finish my food, felt like they're chasing me off. There ain't other customers queuing for teppan so I feel that they shouldn't just remove your apron and ask you to proceed to the next room for dessert. I haven't even clean my mouth loh!

Our night didn't just end at Hill top. We head over to Liang Seah street for dessert and then Kallang MAC. Trying our best to stretch our precious saturday!

I miss the sun, sand and sea already.

How to go Cafe Del Mar with Toby ???

Yesterday I discovered something shocking in MNG's changing room.... I have tons of cellulite on my thighs. I've never noticed it before at home, probably because of the dimmer lightings at home.

I suppose it's visible when I wear shorts and bf has never told me I have that much cellulite. I've never imagined myself as someone with so much cellulite, I'm not very fat afterall.

Googled, and to reduce them, I'd have to cut down on coffee; drink 2litres of water daily; exercise, and brush myself with a dry body brush.

Don't think it'll help though, WS hits the gym daily and I think she doesn't drink much coffee nor eat much fast food, but she told me she has the orange peels too =/

Really upset about it. Think I'm getting old...
