Heading down to Fairy's Inc this Saturday to show Sandra what I drew and will ask her to modify a little to what I want.
Virgos are such perfectionist, I've been drawing for 2 weeks but still not perfect yet, I don't have a flair in art and I really cannot draw anymore. Hopefully she can give me what I want.
She's darn right in saying that it'll be more meaningful for me to design my own rings than to get her to draw from scratch, it's not easy to set aside time, sit down, THINK and draw. Alot of effort and brain cells being used. (But then I still think that coz she cannot think of any design thats why she ask me to draw, coz she say mine very challenging mah... then she'll improve on it, easier for her mah.)
The good thing about customizing is being able to do what you want, but the bad thing is not getting what you want.
What we are picturing in our heads are different. And the actual goldsmith might have another rendition in his head.
Very excited and worried already since I read Fairy's Inc is a hit and miss.
I want my Saturday to come quickly!!!

Lunched at Gallery hotel last Saturday. We were just around the corner so thought of bringing bf here to try the ramen.
They have the best ramen in SG. I love the noodles, but soup is on the salty side.

This is his. Warned him that it'll be extremely salty and he still went ahead and order this. I love salty food but this is too much for me. I forgot what is it called, but it's the on the first row first picture on the menu.

Love the egg. I've tried 4 different ramens before... can't remember the name lah. but my favourite's the 2nd picture on the 1st row. LOL~ Feel so silly to describe it like that.

We asked for clear soup coz his ramen is too salty. It's still very salty after adding in clear soup.

And then I was really into crabs lately, so yesterday we went to Don with some friends. Next month we'll go eat Melben~ I dont want to have high cholestrol! So we'll only eat it next month after our xmas dinner.
My chicken pie. I love the chicken pie there! $4.60 only.

Bf's claypot crab bee hoon soup. Hmm... soup is milky and tasted of chinese herbs. I had mixed feelings, its not too bad but will get a little sick if drink too much. No crabbby taste in the soup leh I feel.

Mine's dry bee hoon. Black pepper bee hoon. It's very pepperish, I prefer the soup one. I thought this is dong fen, but turns out to be bee hoon.

LTK's crab. My claws are the biggest amongst them, hurhur~ Cheryl said I should visit this store at Macpherson, their crabs are huge, about 2kg+ each, doubt I can eat that with bf, we definitely can't finish it.

Bf and my end product. Gross.

After dinner we head to town to have some dessert. Coffee club at wheelock is damn kuku okay, the desserts we wanted all don't have coz they're in the midst of changing menu. I wanted apple crumble he say don't have. But actually there's a similar christmas dessert Yummy rummy apple, he could have recommended that!
And lastly, this is for Marilyn. Took this and tagged her on Facebook! She say got huge installation as big as the building must go see! which part of it is as big as N.A.C ???

Joe said I'm a girl and I should behave like a girl, just because I talk very loudly *flips eyeball back*
Anyways I am sick of everyone telling me that a wedding band is supposed to be plain, classic and simple, I don't have to spend too much time and money on it.
If I wanted plain and simple I'll wear this on my tiny finger okay.

If everybody's wedding band is supposed to be plain and simple then how's mine different from yours? It's just a piece of metal to symbolize you're taken???
I just want a pair that we both fancy, we have the same taste and we're getting what we want.
People shouldn't be so rigid, you pick a simple band for yourself while me & bf choose something we like.

I'm so happy.
I finally sat down and designed our rings.
I'm gonna use my own design instead of what my friend drew for me.

I was telling bf that I wana be SIA cabin crew. Yalah laugh, bimbo lah, but it's been my dream job since forever.
I've been having too much stress at work and I hope to find a less stressful job, I go to work everyday worried that I'll create a big loss at work, in GBP --> greatest fear loh! I've been piled with lots of extra work without another member in my team, and I really hate not having enough time at work. Plus I hate to calculate stuff, so I told the bf that I want to find a job that requires less usage of the brain.
I don't think I'm cut for the service industry, but think travel for free, and see the world when you're young, earn alot alot of money, who don't like?
And I told him I always say I don't meet the requirements, though I really don't meet but I should try before giving it all up, maybe a miracle will happen and they'll pick me, so I checked out their career page today..... TADAHHHHH I saw this :
Why $3500 only??? There goes my dream job... For some reason I always thought my dream job will fetch me mininum $5000 a month, PLUS you have to go for a walk-in interview, how stupid is that?? Can someone please tell me how much does a stewardess earn a month??
Salary's not up to my expectation, anyways bf is against the idea. He say wana travel why not do regional sales instead.
I'm such a failure when it comes to my career path. I see people doing what they don't like and earn alot, I'm doing what I don't like too, but don't earn as much as them. I see people with only N level cert earning $4000++, feel fucking inferior when I talk to them loh. I see people doing what they're really good at and earn alot, I'm really good at my job too but I earn that meagre sum of money.
I don't know how some people are very driven and motivated to change jobs, earn more, do sales, earn money but I'm actually happy to be in my comfort zone, am I abnormal, am I a slacker doom to travel in budget airlines forever??
How to earn alot alot of money without working too late and using much brain?? I don't want too much of my braincells to die!

Upon graduation, you can look forward to a basic salary and various allowances amounting to about $3,500 a month.

I got really affected because I saw a middle age man stealing a tray of eggs outside the provision shop.
He saw us giving him suspicious looks and he limped away very quickly.
I started to wonder if he's out of job? Does he have kids or a very old mother? Does he have enough to eat?
The world should be pretty, smiley, smells like Lancome Miracle and full of adorable fluffy animals NOT full of hungry people, natural disaster, and dead cats.

I'm like a super old and grumpy woman.
SAVE ME!!!!!!!!!!!
I really really like Substance Films. But so out of budget, cost 3x more than what I budgeted, there's no way I can afford to engage Yang. So gonna sink into depression this week.

Sis's 20th
Brought my sister to M hotel Cafe 2000 to celebrate her birthday in advance. I've never heard of Cafe 2000 but my sis wants to visit. We went for the semi-buffet dinner. You can choose ala-carte only if I'm not wrong.
The semi-buffet dinner consists of a main course PLUS you get to eat the buffet spread. It's a rather good buffet compared to Fullerton! Only $45 per pax! They don't have alot of mains for you to choose from, I think just roast chicken, fish and steak. For steaks, if you choose Sirloin or Ribeye, you pay $45. But if you want tenderloin or angus, you pay an additional $8 or $12. Still very affordable!

Buffet area.

Service there is excellent. They'll ask if you want your main course now, or maybe 20-30 mins later in case we want to enjoy the buffet first. And after we finished our main courses, they asked if we want some coffee or tea.
Actually they have a pasta counter there too, cooked to your preference. But I didn't order anything coz who the hell can eat a plate of pasta after main course! Hmm.. they also have a cheese counter and salad bar too.
Seafood was good, except that the crayfish is tasteless. They have oysters, clams, mussels, scallops, geoduck, baby lobsters, crayfish, prawns, crabs and snowcrabs, I didn't expect this from a Semi-buffet. Seriously I was expecting soup and salad bar only.
Crab and prawns are really sweeet!!!! Oysters fatter than Fullerton!! But I found a piece of shell in one of my oysters, no biggie to me though.
Sashimi was good. But their cha soba looked abit bleahh so I didn't eat them. Wish they had miso soup too.

Very disgusting eggs. Do you call those roe too?? Or is roe used on fish eggs only?

Geoduck. I don't know if it's cooked or not but it sure taste disgusting!

My chargrilled tenderloin with pepper sauce, it's weird that the pepper sauce is creamy one..... Taste okay. But the beef was average, nothing to shout about.

Sis's chargrilled tenderloin with beef gravy. Her beef grave taste better.

Four treasure soup, I went back for a 2nd serving! Their leek and chicken soup is bleahhh... tasteless.

Sis eating her seafood. When the waiting staff saw that we took crab claws back to our table, he came over and cracked the claws for us. Very attentive service. They're not doing that because they are too free, in fact, it's nearly full house, reservation highly recommended.

Glutinous rice and braised chicken. Chicken tasted like homecooked ones.

Dessert spread was average. Got fruits, some small cakes, those jelly/mousse thingy, fondue, durian puree, cheng teng and jelly cocktail(I think).
Love it that they have a chocolate fondue there! Arrr.. my favourite... but their strawberries are cut into quarters, vvvery small lah! They have yummy durian puree there too! I took abit and went back for moreeee! Eat until I want to vomit.

Got them to bring out a slice of cake for my baby sis~ They really have very smiley staff there! And they'll chat with you at your table.

Girls will always be girls. Camwhoring in the toilet.

Me and my baby sis. She's turning 20 on the 9th. Happppy birthday!!!!!!
